We have a loads of classes to choose from including 6am and 6pm options! You can check out our Newtown timetable HERE

We are located in Newtown, Wellington at Newtown Park (right next to the Zoo). Our HQ is in the function rooms right next to the the Athletic track. During the summer we make the most of getting outside as much as we can (so good for the mind, body and soul!) and on colder, wet days we have amazing indoor facilities to use. And yes we have bathroom facilities (just no shower).

Each session runs between 30-45 minutes

Absolutely – we can peel it back or ramp it up, we always have options!

Girl we know that committing to your personal growth can be scary but we got you! You are fully supported and we are ready to work with you to achieve your goals

Our programme is a 12 week long contract. Why? Because we know, we can support you in getting an AMAZING results in 12 weeks. After the 12 weeks you have the option to continue on a rolling membership. Once you are on a rolling membership you can cancel at any time with 14 days written notice.

Yes, absolutely! Plus each of our coaches bring their own magic and expertise to our tribe
