It’s time someone tells you exactly WHY you aren’t getting the results you want.

Here are 5 reasons why you aren’t getting results and what you can do to change it.

You don’t have a clear WHY behind your goals.

When you know WHY you want to achieve your goals then taking action becomes easier.

You want to lose 10kgs? Why? To feel more confident in your clothes, to be able to run around after the kids, to be able to sit in the aeroplane comfortably?

When you can identify what’s driving you towards your goals then you become emotionally connected.

Your bullshit excuses.

Yup!  I said it. You focus too much on what you can’t do rather than what you can do.

Can’t attend a 45 minute training session? No problem!

Work up a 10-15min sweat at home. You can get loads more results in 10-15mins verse choosing to do nothing. Pinterest and YouTube have an abundance of workouts you can do at home, so honestly, there really is no excuse.

Going out with friends and you can’t stick to your meal plan or no alcohol buzz?

Yes you can. You just decide too.  Before you eat out, check the menu and decide what you are going to eat that works in with your goals before you go OR cook at home.

Healthy food is delicious and definitely not boring. It doesn’t need to take time either. Check out pinterest for quick, healthy dinner party options. – You can make it as hard or as easy as you like!

You aren’t consistent.

Some days you drink water, the next you don’t. Some days you exercise, others you don’t. Some days you eat well others days you don’t.

It’s not the 1 or 2 big action steps you take each week it’s the micro decisions that you do every single day that add up.

Drinking the water, eating the veggies, moving your body.

Want results? Do the work, day in day out. Consistency is what get you results. Period.

You don’t have a coach.

Girl a coach is where it is at. They hold you accountable. They call you forward to your goals. They activate you to take action.

You need to find the right people, your people. They motivate you, encourage and inspire you. The can relate with your journey.

Your squad, tribe, posse, girl gang is out there waiting for you. You just have to find them. And yup, sometimes you gotta pay for that sisterhood but when your all investing your money you have some skin in the game and it drives you to show up more fully.
