How do you show up?

How are you showing up…

At work?

As a friend?

As a mum?

In your training?

Are you bringing the best version of you? Or are you bringing ‘Debbie downer’ version of you?

When you meet a friend for coffee do you gossip, complain and moan? Or do you share your goals, dreams, aspirations. Do you encourage and inspire each other or do you just share all the things that aren’t going right in your life?

When you workout, do you voice how hard and horrible it is and complain throughout the session or do you get inspired by the challenges and think of all the positive things working out does for you mentally and physically.

As a mother, how are you showing up for your kids? Are you present? Or are you distracted by your to do list?

How you show up is always a choice. You are in complete control.

I encourage you to really take the time to explore how you are showing up in different areas of your life with NO Judgement because here is the thing – you have the power to change how you show up at any time.

Find people who push you to show up fully.
